Our cabinet name, ‘Veritas’, is the Latin word for ‘truth’. We are dedicated to encouraging the pursuit of legal knowledge, and strive to cultivate a robust community centred on fostering closer connections between members. By adopting ‘Veritas’, our cabinet emphasises the importance of pursuing truth in legal practice and the role of law students as future advocates for justice. It encapsulates the belief that understanding and advocating for truth is essential to addressing societal issues and fostering a fair and equitable community.
