Our cabinet name, Profectus, stands for “progress” and “advance” in Latin. This reiterates our vision to bring advancements to society and our members. Our society encounters numerous uncertainties in this precarious era. We endeavour to take a step further in social progress by revealing the status quo of social injustice to the public. To achieve the fundamental maxim of the Association, “Fiat Justitia”, we also aspire to unite and guide our members to reflect on their missions as law students – to strive for justice with unity and faith.

“United we embark, venture till we spark.” is our annual motto. The motto echoes our aspiration in uniting law students and empowering our members to serve the community together with solidarity. As the representative of law students, it is our grim determination to facilitate social progress by addressing social injustice and inequality with a legal perspective in this turbulent time. Despite our undertaking, we aspire to take one step further in the progress through providing guidance to our members, which shall help them find their own missions to spark in society.
